Complete your mattress and ensemble base with the fully upholstered Segment Custom Padded Bed Head With Choice Of Standard Base, evoking classic hotel design in its rectangular segmented 4-panel horizontal padded construction. Available in your choice of colour and upholstery from premium Australian suppliers, the Segment is available in all standard bed sizes (see measurements below) and comes with a 5-year manufacturer warranty. Base options:
Standard
The Standard Slated Base provides a durable and practical framework for the mattress. This option is available with 19cm high side rails, that allow the mattress to rest 5cm inside the base.
Slimline
The Slimline Custom Ensemble Bed Base is a simple base style that is ideal for smaller spaces, in which the mattress aligns directly on top of the base. It is available with a 20 cm leg that provides a slim look, which is still practiced in your existing living space. The Slimline Ensemble bases have solid pine slates 8 x 2 cm and the gap between the slats is 7-8cm. In this model, the slates are covered in a dust-free fabric.
Floating Slated Base
This base option includes hidden recessed legs which provide a neat finish but still ensure that the mattress is still well-supported. It offers a sturdy 26cm wide side rail, which allows the mattress to easily rest 5cm inside the base.
Deluxe Slated Base
Similar to the Floating Slated base, however, the legs are not recessed. Instead, two legs will be visible at the foot end of the base. It also offers a sturdy 26cm wide side rail, which allows the mattress to easily rest 5cm inside the base.
Omni Ensemble Base
The Omni Ensemble Base is highly versatile and can fit into a range of room sizes. The King and Super King sizes are only available in either horizontal or vertical options. The base is 26cm thick with 9cm hidden legs or 7cm castors. The Omni Ensemble Bases have solid pine slates 8 x 2 cm and the gap between the slats is 7-8cm. In this model, the slates are covered in a dust-free fabric.
Slates
Floating, Deluxe and Standard Bed Frames are made with solid pine slates measuring 9cm x 3.5cm thickness with a gap between them of 7-8cm.
The Slimline and Omni ensemble bases have solid pine slates 8 x 2 cm and the gap between the slats is 7-8cm. On these models, the slates are covered in a dust-free fabric.
