We have a range of payment methods to suit everyone. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as PayPal, ZIP Money, Afterpay, Humm and direct deposits, bank transfers & cash.
We do not accept personal cheques.
When you place an order you will automatically be sent a confirmation email outlining your order details, including your order number, items ordered and the total of your order. Upon completion of your order and the necessary payment we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.

At BedWorks we offer “next day delivery” within the Sydney metro area for all in-stock products, bed frames, mattresses, bedroom furniture, pillows and bedding because we know just how important prompt delivery is for our customers.

At BedWorks we only stock and sell the finest range of bed frames, mattresses, bedroom furniture, pillows and bedding from Australia’s leading brands, including Sealy, King Koil, Reverie, Comfort Sleep, Domino, AH Beard, Slumberzone, Sleepeezee, Magniflex, Linen House, Innovation Living Sofa Beds, Dentons Pillows, Zenger, Dehumidifier & Air Purifier by Ausclimate.
As a measure to ensure we can continue to offer great products at low prices without incurring any extra unnecessary costs we apply a cancellation fee of 40% if you cancel your order after the deposit is taken. After supply of goods, BedWorks is not obliged to refund for incorrect choice or change of mind purchases.
Goods will be held for a maximum of 7 days and storage fees will apply thereafter.
Services such as delivery, installation and other services requested are not refundable.
At BedWorks we do all we can to ensure we only have to deliver goods once. That is why we work closely with our customers to make sure they are home at the point of delivery. The delivery fee is for one delivery only, if no one is home to receive delivered goods on the arranged day, a second delivery fee will have to be charged.
Should you wish to re-schedule delivery, you must inform BedWorks one day prior to the delivery date (before 5 pm). If you call to cancel the delivery on the same day, a second delivery fee will be charged.

Yes, all BedWorks products sold will have some sort of manufacturer's warranty or guarantee.
Australian custom-made headboards come with a 5 years manufacturer warranty.
Australian custom-made upholstery bed frame comes with 5 years manufacturer warranty.

Leather vinyl comes with a 12-month manufacturer warranty. It may vary according to the material. Further details available here for NSW Leather.
Australian custom-made timber Bed Frames & support structures come with 2 years manufacturer warranty.
Australian custom-made timber bedside tables, dressers, tallboys, drawers, and moving parts come with a 2-years manufacturer warranty.
Beds with Gas-Lift mechanisms come with a 12-months manufacturer warranty.

Sealy Adjustable bed frame comes with 10 years manufacturer warranty and BedWorks gives you an extended 2 years warranty.
The warranty does NOT cover: Rips, weaving, pilling, creasing or fading of fabric or leather, or damage caused by misuse or improper cleaning.

At Bed Works we strongly recommend professional cleaning.
Use only leather treatment for leather lounges. You should always consider the position of the lounge or lounge suite as direct sunlight will result in fading. Do not machine or hand-wash any parts.
For timber furniture use coasters and mats to protect against heat and quickly wipe up any liquid spills to avoid staining with a non-abrasive cloth. Silicone based cleaning products are not recommended; at Bed Works we recommend the use of natural cleaning solutions.
